And Then There Were Four!

That’s right! Lori’s pregnant and Baby #2 is due in late September!

Noe isn’t sure what that means, because he is still convinced that he’s the “baby.” However, he’s an affectionate little guy who loves giving hugs and kisses (to stuffed animals and humans alike), so we’re sure that he will adjust.

In keeping with previous phases of our life, this next chapter is full of unknowns. Where will baby #2 be born? Will baby #2 be a boy or a girl? Lori’s initial contract is up in September, so will we return to Laos after maternity leave or move to a new place?

The grandparents will keep asking, and we will keep pondering…but only time will tell.

Stay tuned!

  1. Congratulations! 🙂 I just started following your blog and I’m happy I discovered it which is a funny story because some days ago me and my husband spoke about the most remote place we have ever visited and that was Linga Linga island in Mozambique and then just for fun I googled the backpacker where we stayed and absolutely loved it and then your blog post appeared and we were really happy that this place didn’t seem to change almost at all since we’ve been there in 2010 🙂

    • Hi Alex, glad you found us! LL’s definitely a one-of-a-kind place. Hopefully it will remain that way for a long time to come. Thanks for reading!
